My family members and I enjoyed being there, it's comfy hotel. The rooms were spotless and bright, with an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge and central heating, exceptionally comfortable bed😃🙂😃

Thanks everyone for a thoroughly enjoyable stay for our next Harrogate visit. Stayed at a nice size and brand-new room with TV, very comfortable bed. - the food provided was good! - the location was perfect and peaceful - ease of access to Harrogate Convention Centre.

The hotel was clean. the staff was experienced and caring. - the setting was convenient, close to the train station, Harrogate Town centre, and bars and restaurants. - I visited the Montpellier Quarter, a popular tourist spot, just a short walk from the hotel. - the breakfast at the Franklin was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs made by a fantastic chef.
